The Particulars

• A $1000 facility fee will be required to book the date and to meet with event coordinator and one of our chefs
• $95 per room double occupancy
• A 25% deposit on rooms is required upon booking
• Remainder of booking fee is required 30 days prior to wedding
• A two night minimum rental of all eight rooms is required 
• Additional room nights prior or post wedding receive a 15% discount
• Only breakfast is included in room rate
• Taxes are additional
